It felt damn good to be back in leathers. He’d had them delivered straight to the club and worried a bit about the fit. He didn’t care about clothes. Normally. He wanted to look good in these. He wanted Tasha to be proud of her Dom.

“You must be Dare,” a deep voice said.

He turned and a tall, muscular man stood at the end of the row of lockers Dare had been assigned to. “I am. Are you my guide? You sound American. I thought the owner was Australian.”

“Oh, I’m not Master Colin,” the man said, holding a hand out. “I’m Cooper. I’m a friend of Kara’s and a member of the club. Kara asked if I would show you around tonight.”

“Kara’s here?” He wasn’t sure what this man’s relationship with Kara was.

“You thought she was with…” He stopped, seeming to search his memory. “Bryce? Bob?”

“Brian.”

“I can’t keep up with the guys who follow my Kara around. It’s a lot,” he allowed, seemingly disinterested in the subject. “But she wouldn’t miss tonight for the world, and you and Tash are the only outside visitors allowed in this evening.”

What was Brian getting himself into? Maybe there was a reason the man wasn’t answering his calls. He was utterly into Kara, and it appeared she had something going with this big American. It wasn’t his business. At least not tonight. “Is Kara your sub?”

Cooper leaned against the locker and sighed. “If only it was that easy. We have a complex relationship, to say the least, but it’s important to me. Kara won’t be playing the sub this evening. Treat her the same way you would a Mistress.”

“Ah, so…”

“I’m a Dom,” Cooper explained. “Hence the complexity. Don’t worry about it. Tonight is all about showing her cousin a good time. They teach you how the locks work? No cell phones on the dungeon floor.”

He wasn’t particularly worried about his cell. His laptop was in there, but Nate would be hanging out in here since they’d decided they were comfortable with the security at The Station. “I’m good and totally tech free. I assume my kit arrived.”

One more thing he’d ordered.

“It did, and I set everything up in the privacy room you requested. I thought we would do a quick tour of the club and then you and Tash can settle in for the night. You’ve got the space for as long as you like, but I was going to invite you to spend the last hour of the evening in the lounge with Kara and myself. I find it can be good to have a drink and come down a bit.”

From the high of Dominance. From the high of submission. From the high of getting to be whoever a person was for a little while without worrying about the outside world. The idea of sitting in a lifestyle club with Tasha on his lap, talking to people who understood him, seemed like heaven. “We would love that. I thought we could watch a few scenes first.
